Tell me, what is the biggest challenge you face?

My biggest challenge in relationship to my business is fine tuning my revenue mix. I am fortunate to have developed an audience of ideal clients that want to work with me – having moved up over the past year in the size of business client and fee for engagement, my objective is now to maintain my less expensive products and programs that I’ve developed and are needed by smaller businesses but hand off the sales process and facilitation to a contract employee.

Is this challenge related to one of your goals?

Yes.

Please state this goal:

My objective: I am building a team of sales agents over the next 12 – 18 months to develop, grow and facilitate the “Ground Story” division of The Selling Agency. Starting with one agent, we will fine tune the product offerings, audience development and sales journey to on board 8-10 new clients in the next 6 months and then add another sales agent. My objective is to scale this revenue to be between 10% and 20% of my income this year.

Is there something that you want to do, learn or resolve in your personal or business life this year?

To be determined. 🙂

Leave a comment or questions for the coordinator?

Many thanks!

Is this challenge related to one of your goals?

It is related to several goals.

Please state this goal

I am a Lexus Achiever with my company that earns well over a 6 figure income. I plan to accomplish this goal by the end of 2015.

Is there something that you want to do, learn or resolve in your personal or business life this year?

Personally, I want to learn more ways to stay organized in my home. As it relates to business, I want to learn how to invest money.

Q. Are you working on or planning to work on your Goals for 2015?

A. KenS (My Goals)

Yes, I have three specific goals 1) Lose at least 25 more pounds 2) Increase my business website sales by 30%  3)Reduce personal debt by 75%

Q. What is the biggest challenge you face?

A. KenS (My Goals)

The biggest challenge I face is myself. Making sure to keep myself motivated and doing the things I need to do everyday to meet my goals. I have a tendency to find less important things to do or just to veg out on the tube for a while, because it’s easy. I am trying to work on a way to motivate myself to keep moving in the right direction

Q. Please state your goal.

A. KenS (My Goals)

The challenge is not the goal itself but I must conquer the challenge to completely fulfill my goals. Hopefully as I work toward these goals I will learn to to overcome the challenge I present to myself. I have already begun that process by signing up for the MBU challenge as that is forcing me to do something toward my goals each day and report on it publicly.

Q. Any final comments?

A. KenS (My Goals)

Yes, I would love to receive information and activities to help me reach my goal. The more help I can get the better. In fact, one of my  larger goals in life has always been to help others achieve their goals, so I can use these tools to help others in the future as well.

Challenge

I was talking to a fellow business associate, he tells me every time he sees me, I need to work on my goals… maybe next quarter. You can only be helped if you let yourself be coached. Whether that is a person, a book, a webinar, etc.  My challenge to you is make that decision to get the help, whether it is hiring someone to help you with your business, attend that educational course, get a good coach to guide you or whatever your or your business needs are.

NO MORE PROCRASTINATING, MAKE THAT DECISION. Can you take that challenge?
